Sendit4Province scam on his rental

Explanation of the trade: I reached out to him on sythe to rent a main for an hour of course. We add each other on discord. We discuss a little of tos and proceed with trading him the gold for rental. I gave him the gold on his alt he then gave me username and password. I proceed to log into the account.
Amount scammed: 335m 07
How they scammed: i log into the account "breaking his tos" i logged into w93 after just starting client. I quick hop to w2 immediately afterwords and then traded my alt to proceed it stake. He clocked me at 12:08 am est to begin my hour. Come 12:20am est i msg him saying im up i like his account and its good luck aboout 20 seconds or so after im booted off the account. I had my gold on his account as he booted me mind you. He did not refund any gold that was on the account after i asked for it back.
I also dispute the the term of "No leaving W302 Duel Arena." How can i leave somewhere i was never logged into account. I logged into a world after booting client wasn't w2 but i went straight to w2. Also if that was such a big concern when why didn't he boot me immediately. He waited 12 minutes after my time conveniently after i told him i was doing well to kick me off. Evidently i didn't break his TOS nor did he feel i did up until it was convenient for him to scam me.

User did not stay logged into 302 the entire period of time, I do not have a video of when he first logged in. But when he broke TOS being on a different world I took a picture on my mobile and went straight to RS.
By the time I completed the request to have him booted he messages me and says he’s doing well.

At this time I informed him he broke TOS, I have no obligation to offer him a refund. He could have been attempting to RWT.

And finally he did not have 335M on the account, and at first he claimed 350M

 

His funds weren’t “taken”
His rental was terminated, if he had items on the account at the time or not is really not my issue, he didn’t follow the TOS clearly agreed upon

Why would you "terminate" the account then right when i told you i was up 300%?
