Unchangeable Email Address On Account

I had this idea because, people been getting their account stolen and they can't get it back. I just want to know if it is possible if you can make the email on the account unchangeable so you can always get your account back. The hacker usually changes the email of the account. I think this is a good idea, If possible.

 

Some people may want to change their "main" email. I personally have changed it before, and I may have to change it in the future. There's no need to anyways. Just don't get phished. >.<

 

Might end up causing more harm than good.
