Account got recovered 2 months later. Need confirmation.

Hello to everyone. I created this threat to highlight some of my key points in a situation were i bought an account from a scammer that hacked one of sythe's users account. First of all i want to remind some of you what happened and then highlight points that kept me suspiciuos about the ongoing situation.
Few months ago to be exact Nov 29. I created an threat about buying osrs main account link to threat :
Buying Osrs Main account. there was many people who were trying to sell there accounts to me , many of them are now banned (no suprise) But i got interesting with @Black Bullet post about selling this Screenshot account for 70$ the price looked lower then i expected but when asked what guarantees hes giving that he wont recover the account he told me that the account's original owner is @Spya and he coudnt recover it even if he wanted. Soon after we went to a Private convo and shared our discord info. Soon after i bought the account and he got banned for not delivering me 10m osrs gp that i went extra on him. This was Nov 31st. he blocked me on discord chanell and i was unable to ever contact him again. Even tho this happen i kept playing acc with hopes that he infact wont be able to recover it and a week ago almost two months later while playing with it i got loged out and informed that the account was locked with suspisious of being stolen. I went straight to spya to ask to recover the account for me and after some time and proving that i did bought that account from Black bullet i was informed that it was him who Recovered the account for the owner who bought it from him (Black Bullet) itself turns out this guy was scammed of both of his belongings osrs account and sythe and just recovered his sythe account with some mods help. Fast forward to yesterday after some dissagreemnts between me and black bullet @https://www.sythe.org/threads/account-got-recovered-2-months-later-need-confirmation/page-2#post-34944199 and discord chanell @Pendulum gave us decision that the account owner will have to compensate me 70$ that i paid for account and 20$ for 2 months of playing on it in what i gained over 30m xp and quested +120QP. Which to me is actually a joke. And i want to point out why
I know this guy may have paid a ton of money for the account when he originaly bought it but it doesnt mean that the account is worth the same now or atleast was while i was buying it. The main thing why we coudnt find agreement was becouse he wanted abnormal amount of money on top of what i paid for it and it wasnt even close to what it was worth then..
Second and the main reason why i am still trying to convince mods that i should be compensated more or be eligible to buy account for far cheaper from him since he doesnt want to play with it is becouse THIS guy had two months to contact me whenever he chose to. He may have contacted sythe mods to recover his account few weeks ago but he knew long time ago about the accounts being stolen. His first attempt to recover it dated back to Dec 8. Proof: Jagex respond to Black Bullet this means that this guy knew about account theft atleast one week after i originaly bought it from his sythe account and almost two months later from when he actually recovered it. After he failed to recover the account mannualy he went to @Spya and asked him to recover it for him as orginal owner and he asked him why ? What happened ? At this point i had informed Spya that besides of his warning i did bought the account and im playing it from now on. dude went silent for him and coudnt /wanted to even replay to his question.. At this point he could easily message me in game as i havent changed the name for a month or so and he coudnt do so?? I mean people may be busy but thats just pure ignorance.. This guy paid huge amount of money for account he played almost 2 months himslef and coudnt found a time to message or replay to original owner to ask about accounts current situation. I know that there isnt any compensation for a skilled xp on stolen account but thats just pure evil or a loophole in my opinion,, If he really wanted that accunt back he would have it the next day by proving spya about it being stolen from it. But now becouse he was "busy" i spent 2 motnhs of my time skilling his account for no reason.. My thoughts on this is that this guy knew some1 bought it and now its getting power leveled for free to him. You may be busy we get that but this ignorance and unwanting to recover his stuff quicker is abusrd. I really wish to get more as compensation from him or him to lower the price of account.

 

In case Someone is wondering about the account i bought it with these stats : Screenshot and a fresh off macro ban for 75$ which i consider close to what it is worth. Now it is at Current stats +179QP instead of 51 when bought.
On top of what i paid this guy is asking from me 150$..
Now i now he paid alot for it but that doesnt mean that i have to cover most of his losses just becouse he failed to communicate with people..

This thread has been going on for around a week now. The mods first told me i had to pay 70$ because it was my responsibility for the account getting hacked. I didn't like it but agreed. Then afterwards the mods said i had to pay an extra 20$ for the time he spent on my account. Which is not my fault and i felt there should be no reason whatsoever i have to pay him for playing on my account, but I agreed because i just wanted this situation to be over with already. Now the mods are saying that the case is going to be reevaluated. I don't know what is going on, but i'd really appreciate it if you guys would let me get my account already. This is ridiculous. Is this some kind of prices is right? You have to pay 70$, no you have to pay 90$, no you have to pay 110$, no you have to pay 150$, no you have to pay 200$. Like make a decision and let me get on with my life.

 

Whats the urge man? I mean you wasnt rushing it so much in a first time..

 

It's been a week and we haven't gotten anywhere. If you want the truth I already said it. I don't like talking to you, you keep blaming me for everything, while I've been trying to be nice to you.

 

I wasnt blaming you for no reason. First of all i can't be 100% sure that you arent the same guy who sold me account in a first place. Tho i dont say you are at this point. And yeah its not that i blame you for evrything i just point the fact's thatt your innresponsabnility or in other wolrds inability to proove yourself in a shorter time as a real account owner is the main reason why we are here
