How to customize shortcuts on your Verizon Wireless cell phone!

NOTE: This only works for "New" Verizon Wireless phones.

Hello everyone. I am Jessica N. and I am showing you how to customize your shortcuts on you Verizon Wireless cell phone.

Step 1: Hold the "Pwr END" button for 3 seconds to turn on your phone.



Step 2: Press the "OK" button which should take you to the menu.



Step 3: Press the Settings & Tools button.



Step 4: Go to number "5." or "6." which is "Phone Settings".

Step 5: Go to number "2." which is "Set Shortcut Key".

Step 6: Depending on your phone go to "Main" or "Front" Shortcuts.

Step 7: Choose the key you want to set a shortcut for.

Step 8: Choose what you want the key to go to as the shortcut.

Step 9: Save and you're done
