Bleep test

What do you guys get in the bleep test and how old are you
I wanna know if i'm a pro or not
Also what are your 100 Meter times?

 

Are you talking about the pacer? Man I haven’t done that for years. It was popular at my high school

 

We call it the bleep test here
Practically a robot woman speaking and it goes Bleep, you run 20meters or so and if you don't run there before it bleeps you die :O

 

Haha, that sounds about like the test I had to take in grade school. Basically if you were the first person to tap out, you were a pusscake. There was always a few kids that walked and they were always the first to go. I felt bad for the overweight kids, it's humiliating to have a test that said you suck at fitness in front of 30 kids which are your peers.

 

Can do that shit until it becomes impossible to cover the distance before it beeps again, cardio is my strongpoint

 

Yeah i'm pretty good too what do you normally get i got 9.0 in school if i remember right

 

Dude it's been so long but I'd still be chuggin' along with the remaining 5 people. But after that it felt like I wanted to die

 

Yeah that's how i'd explain it, my heart went like 4beats per second when i finished dude

It's been 5 years my highest was 12 now would be a lot less I used to play football a lot and just run up and down the pitch which helped me increase my stamina when I was in highschool. I'd generally be one of the last guys running.

 

Good to hear you were good at it. I used to be really active but not as much any more

Bare in mind this was back in school, since I've been at university I've just drank beer and eat pizza. Probably a few down from then lol

 

Still, 16 is really good. Even 10 is pretty good
