Infraction Fail.

I flamed in a thread which briefly stated that you will not get infracted for flaming in.

Also, this person flamed back and I highly doubt they received an infraction in return.

And it said you will not be given an infraction for expressing your opinion. There is a difference between expressing your opinion and dislike for a member, and outright flaming.

 

I was clearly expressing my opinion and I didn't even get a PM when I received this infraction.

There is a fine line between expressing your opinion, and flaming, and you must have crossed it.

PMs weren't originally sent with every infraction, but now they are.
