This guy is either 100% a scammer or has no game knowledge... the OP is over 20 levels higher than the canifis rooftop requirement meaning the marks would be decreased by 50%. So using the canifis course would be awful for marks. @boobshunter97 , be careful whoever you decide to hire, whenever you decide to. Cheapest/best sounding people are not always the best ones. People like this are ones to watch out for. Would hate to see you get scammed. Anyway...

Just a quick update on this, the advice regarding scamming is spot on, always looks for vouches/member trust. However, at 20+ level required for any course e.g. 60 for canafis, the drop rate becomes 20% less not 50 which still makes it faster than seers unless diaries have been completed & using teleports

 

Actually we are both wrong. It is reduced by 80%. According to Mod Ash, it is reduced to 20% of its normal drop rate had to look it up because I knew it was some ridiculous amount.
