Banned user

Hi recently a user I have done business with was banned. His profile: Spearless Vouches

He sold me an account, I had some issues with the account and needed him to recover it for me. At this point he has ALREADY been banned and has no reason to continue to help me. However, he took a bunch of time to help me figure out why the account had been locked etc etc and we resolved it perfectly.

All in all, he is a powerleveller who does this for his full job and not a side-gig. He was banned for 'false feedback' aka vouching himself, and I believe along with himself that this was totally incorrect.

Please mod or admin let me know the exact reasoning of this ban as I am posting this not on his behalf, but out of respect for him.

considering all our ban report threads are public to view, certainly this shouldnt be a problem

Just because you've had a successful transaction or experience with someone doesn't mean they aren't capable of breaking rules. We checked their home/registration IPs and both accounts were created in the same household, on the same connection.

It was a two week ban, not a permanent one, he'll be back before you know it and hopefully won't be fake vouching again.

 

Thank you for the reply, he asked for the IP duplicates to prove but you had failed to provide them which I believe is what caused him to be impatient instead of waiting out the 2 weeks. I will pass this message on
