Fastest mile time?

My last times run was 1.5miles in around 10 minutes

 

Id bet about 10% of you are telling the truth.

 

6.08 is mine, i run every morning at 6:00.

 

mines 6:43 =S

im a shit runner tbh

 

1.6KM = 1M

 

5:52 i have to do lots of running for baseball and hockey.

I haven't ran since three years ago, and that time was around 8-9 minutes.

I suppose my rowing time would count: 6:08, assuming I can hold a rate of 1:55 for 6 minutes. >.<

I can do 2 miles in 13 mins

God no. I tried XC (I'm in track) and it sucks.. all you do is run straight forever, what's the fun in that?

 

How much do you max bench?

 

I saw someone run very fast before like 30 mph

 

my weakest thing =( I've maxed 220 bench but thats without a spotter, only started working out in january.

heres a few specs, should push them up soon

note: I do no leg work, as I dont want to look like a freak.

these are all 3 sets of 8

controlled curls - 35 an arm
tricept extentions 80, so 40 an arm
barbell curls - 40 an arm
kickbacks- 30 an arm
reverse curls- 25 an arm
rows- 60 an arm
dumbell flies- use 40s, have trouble with balance on my cheap bench
bench- usually rep 160 close 150 wide
schwarzenegger press 40 an arm, hardest excercise EVER
crunches with a 60 pound dumbell, 3 sets of 8 as they should be worked like main muscle groups for more definition

I said 95% of sythe because look at the average sythe member =p

 

My best time was 6:26 or so because I really don't care enough to try in Gym because I'm already ahead of everyone so no need to push myself

 

My best was 6:47 or so, I normally get around 7:00.
