At the pump, lots of talk happens all the time. There can be sometimes 100 dudes all on one tile. R agged let one slip today. I think this should help.

This is forwarded from Zenac. He (colloon/R AGGED) pretty much admitted to taking his wealth in all chat.

While I agree user in question has a sketchy behaviour, I fail to see how this is hard evidence proving he did it and this is what we will need here in order to overturn the original decision. In all honesty, he may very well be the one responsible for this whole thing but according to Sythe's rulings, this is insufficient proof and we will need more than that. It's safe to say the user in question and Zenac hate each other now given this whole situation so this could simply be loose words or an attempt to flame/harass Zenac.

I gave you 3 main points on your previous dispute that led to the decision and after viewing the 2 screenshots in your new report, it hardly covers point #2.

At this point what we would need here in order to take action is him admitting he did it with a clear sentence instead of throwing loose words left and right. I understand this will be hard to prove given the cirumstances of this whole thing but again if you end up finding undeniable evidence, feel free to make a new report.
