HCIM Progress

About: This is my 2nd HCIM, my main being a regular ironman. So I have a little experience & I have another ironman account I can practice on for future endeavors on my HCIM. I am not going the traditional route on this account so I will just be doing whatever skill on impulse, mostly. And see where this takes me

Okay so here is my first update, I went ahead and got 60 wcing and got to the woodcutting guild so I could buy a rune axe, just currently trying to get 70 fletching to get to yew long bows.

I achieved my goal of 70 fletching, got 75 wcing in the process, and made a pretty good amount of cash to start off with. I'm not sure what I will be training on next, because like I said before I will be doing whatever skill that I feel like is right. Tune in next week to see

I decided to go and do Wintertodt for the first time, by getting 75 wcing before hand I get a lot of yew & magic log rewards so I'm stacking those, as well as plenty of seeds! I am fletching in wintertodt so it will take me just a little bit longer to get to 99, but by next week I should have it! My username did change BTW.

I've been away for a little bit. But I am still playing! Slowly, but surely. I just got 97 firemaking, still no axe, tome, or pet. This shitty rng better carry on to some other shit lmao >_<

Finished with Wintertodt finally! Sadly no tome, pet, or d axe. But I'm just happy to get out of that mfer! I'm gonna start questing for a change now!

I have been bouncing around doing quests & training some of my base stats. I was able to train crafting pretty high from the 850+ silver ore that I got from wintertodt, I took off from there and got 40 smithing so that I could smith gold bars in order to make jewelry. I was also able to get through the feud quest so that I can get cosmic & laws from the rogue trader miniquest. I am currently doing the waterfall quest as I write this so I can train some magic while hunting for that rune scim, stay tuned!

Rune scim dropped. Finished Waterfall quest, The Grand Tree, Tree Gnome Village, and fight arena. I am currently fighting hill giants to train prayer, collect ensouled giant heads, and get my base melee stats up. 50 cb & 41 qp

Yah, wasn't sure if I was gonna even attempt WT.
I might just get 24 hp and try it like that since I already raised it above 14.

 

What hp level does wt start hitting more than 1? Just made a hcim too but I'm 16hp

 

I believe it hits 10% of your hp level, and it adjusts itself by rounding up to the nearest 10.
For instance if you had 14 hp, it would only hit 1's, but if you're 15 hp it'll hit 2's. Etc.
I could very well be mistaken tho, look it up on wiki just to double check!

 

Up to 19 HP should be the same as 10 HP.

On topic : Will be keeping my eye on this. Good luck with your HCIM

 

10-14 HP, I believe, is the cap for the lowest hits.

This is what I have heard through various HCIM players.

 

Firemaking, wc and fletching through wt.

What I mean is progress threads are cool when they are done by the person hand-trained by themself without bots etc.

You should learn to solo wintertodt and do max points games, I’ve been doing them recently on my hardcore and I should end with around 70 Construction, Fletching & Woodcutting along with 99 Firemaking.

You should end with around 80 wintertodt KC but as they’re all 13.5k crates you’ll have over 2k+ overall rolls.

Definitely worth it IMO.

HCIM is definitely a fun mode. I still remember when I lost my HCIM, I equipped a dragon scimitar after I bought the scimitar on Ape Atoll and got wrecked lol.
