FUTchamps scammed me

Explain the service:
I agreed to paying the amount of 85m osrs gp for a bit of questing and skilling on a fresh level 3 account, this included desert treasure, addy gloves and avas accumulator. Before i made the payment i asked how soon the service could be started, i was told it would be started "tomorrow" he kept giving me excuses why the service wasnt started and told me that he would start it personally himself. 8 days later the account still has not been touched. I asked FUTchamps for a refund and told him that if we dont resolve this issue i would be forced to make a thread on sythe, he told me to please not get services involved the issue will be resolved tomorrow as he was tired and needed to sleep. Two days later he still hasnt made any contact with me and is ignoring my messages.

So sorry for all of the pictures, i hope i didnt get the sequence of any of them messed up, but above you can see him continously making excuses and now ignoring me.
