FUTchamp OSRS Gold seller scammed me

Explanation of the trade:

I approached FUTChamps on discord after viewing his OSRS Gold selling ad on Sythe;
⭐⭐[Donator][Vouched] Selling all 07 for UKBT/PP/SKRILL!⭐⭐[Instant Payments]⭐

We began a conversation and arranged that i would purchase 120m OSRS GP for $98.40 USD via Paypal. FUT provided his Paypal email address as '[email protected]'. I transferred $98.40 USD to this account through Paypal for 'Goods or services'. This was incorrect and we had a conversation whereby he 'refunded' my initial payment. I then had a PENDING refund for $92.79 USD in my account, which I thought to be fair enough due to fees etc.

I then transferred a further $98.40 USD to FUT via paypal as a 'Gift' which then turned out to be $102.58 USD with fees, which was again, fair enough.

I then provided my RSN and waited for a period of time as FUT made excuses that he was 'getting payments flying in from everywhere'. He told me where to meet him and i waited again, and he then said;
'oh fml, will have to refund this and use my other paypal as I had my old bank card on here so it won't authorize anything lol, is that ok? sorry for waiting I was going through the payments as I went. You were literally next lmao'

I began becoming wary and FUT then said he was unable to refund the money as paypal was having issues and he didn't have the required funds etc. He made excuses as to trying to resolve the matter however never refunded the second amount and became hostile.

I tried just asking for the GP and then he could resolve his paypal issues as he already had the funds, however he was against this. I never saw him or the GP ingame and can't confirm if he even had it at all.

All screenshots of the conversation and paypal transactions are attached. Currently disputing the transactions and FUT has seen this and said he has agreed to the dispute and is refunding the transactions however this is yet to be confirmed.

Amount scammed: At this stage, approximately $200 USD.

How they scammed: As above version - Failed to provide the OSRS GP and adequately refund the money transferred.

Proof that it's their Discord: See associated screenshots - As per profile and gold selling advertisement, FutChamps#2890 (Case sensitive was added and can be seen in screenshots).

Discord ID + Unique Discord ID: See associated screenshots - Again, as per profile and gold selling advertisement, 422332511256051722 is unique discord ID. I was unable to take a screen recording of copying this from discord, however during the conversation, i copied it from his profile into the conversation. If necessary and someone can show me how to make a screen recording, I will attach that also.

Posting for others to be wary of this person. Even with a large amount of vouches and a $50 donator, still will scam for $200USD.
