verify paypal account

I need to know how to verify a paypal account without using a credit card or bank account because im 14..........

 

Basically you probably cant verify it if you don't have either of those, however you can verify your phone number or something. I'm not sure.

Well i think you can get a debit card now and try with it i'm not sure since CC and debit cards are different

 

He doesn't want to link/not allowed i think is what he's saying. There was a way were you ordered some card (FREE) greencard or something and used all the details from that...

Buy a Visa Gift card from a grocery store. Enter it on paypal and Whola , you have money and a verified pp.
