Im pretty sure theyre just increasing the price of members because they caused so many people to quit because of the wildy, trade and staking updates.

I wish Gower would just realise that if the company just brings back them three fucking things he will start making cash again!

Not only that, but making the price of members higher is only gonna cause MORE people to quit like seriously, do they think things through?

they tried to minimize real wrld tradin coz if you get so mch money on runescape
there wont b a point to keep on playin so you will quit. its like a game on ps3 or sumink you play for hours but when u complete the game u get bored of it. since u didnt buy the gold from jagex you will cancel ur membership and they loose you as a customer. however i dont see why they dont sell gp for a high price. if they did im sure people would still buy it and evan if they do quit jagex would still make a big profit.

The reason behind removing the Wilderness was due to the Real World Traders. (Sythe.org and many other sites). Jagex wasn't making any profit from this so they had to remove it. As for the trade limit update, that was due to the scammers running around, charging innappropriate prices for items.

If you think about it logically, runescape is better off this way, and much more enjoyable. Please don't post stuff like this unless you have TRUE reasons.

Err, Jagex makes money off of RWT if you thin about it.
Someone calls in for a pin, there's $6 USD.
For all of the people RWTing, 90%+ of them like to buy gold. Well with gold comes the desire for membership. Almost every person who buys gold buys PBP pins or another means of membership.

 

Jagex still is successful, despite all the people who quit.

 

I actually think increasement coused by the crisis in europe , everying got more expensive , including p2p . That's only what i think . i don't think they lost so many accounts , since andrew and paul still had 560M pounds ...
