School paper

I plan on writing a school paper this year, because its required but because im pretty excited about it.

It has to be government based. Im thinking of something around scandals, but not sure what too write about.

So, give me any ideas? I wont get too many details till we start talking about the paper (not sure when that will be)

I don't know if the school would like but maybe how the if we had a black president. Or right about the up and coming presidents.

You could do it about the electric car EV1 that was on the market in 1996, but then how GM struck a deal with the legislature and took them off the market and destroyed all of them. Doesn't really involve a lot of government, but I'm sure not many of your classmates know about it.
