How to get a perm mute lifted?

i currently have 12.5 black marks, I had 0.4, then in one day i got 4 reports and it skyrocketed to 12.5 blackmarks, all in one day, so how can i get away with getting this lifted, what should i say in teh appeal?

 

Doesn't matter. There is no customer support, you can literally smash your head on the keyboard and you'd have the same chances as a well written apology. You can try and play the race card, some people think the bots who accept/deny appeals are made to accept them over others.

Just tell them that someone was on you account and that you would never do anything like that. I did it and they lifted my perm mute ban

Lol I don't think any of those will work, I've tried that but still permmuted . Maybe they like made them not accept them if they have retarded words in them anymore after lots of people got their idiotic appeals accepted. So it's usually denied, but good luck anyways .

This is just a thought, in your appeal, try to say that you know why you have been muted, and would never do something like it again. (# of months you were muted) without talking taught me never to talk offensive again.

 

i suggest a well written apology, because if there is a chance of jagex looking, they will see your desperation.
