Go to a Police Station near you, and set a RESTRAINING ORDER, means he can't come near you in a distance, if he does the police comes and arrests him. Mostly its 50 Ft. Or 20ft. Sometimes 100ft. if its real serious. If you don't want do that, then just keep away from him.

 

You might not the "snitching" type but you'll regret it if he does actually shot you and if you're lucky to survive. You never know what kinda shit may go down.

Just call the police. What's the point in fighting a guy with a gun? It's not worth the risk to "look cool". The threat will get him arrested, or atleast they will investigate and that alone will scare the shit out of him enough to stop any anger-fueled plans he has with a dose of reality.

What kind of town do you live in? If shootings are regular, be careful, but don't get a gun to shoot him back though. Things like that just get ugly.
Telling police etc might be bad too.. If he has you marked something like that can get you in a lot more trouble

Most of this is worst case scenario, though. I would bet that most of this doesn't apply to you. But just in case.
