How to unban accounts w/ all appeals used up.

Just continue saying it wasn't your fault, use appeals that can be found on the forums that I wont bother posting. Just send em to customer support:

Go to runescape>Knowledge base search>

Type "Billing Support Query"

Click the first link.

Then click submit a billing support.

Submit it as "Billing, other".

Keep sending, don't listen to em, just keep sending it. DON'T GIVE UP. They'll get bored and give you a last chance appeal.

The billing query isn't automated. It's easy to tell. and "g0tg0t", nice way to put it lol.

 

It would depend on what rule you broke, if it was minor they would lift the ban

 

Well, I'm not banned but I have blackmarks I would rather not have. If I actually earned them I wouldn't care but I just got them out of the blue one day. Even if I just have blackmarks would they lift those?

I've tried this... After like 5-7 messages, they started ignoring me....

 

I'm trying, half of the message I received back was non-automated. I'm trying it again. Let's hope this works >_<
