I can do this service 40-60 attack would be around 25kxp-35kxp per hour - that would be charged at 7.5m
60-90 strength will be done @ 60m, so for this it would cost you 67.5m you supply the goods. if you want any quests completing that would be extra and i would require a dragon weapon at 60 attack to make this quicker....

i would estimate for a complete job at least 2-3 weeks work all hand trained.
