How To Start A F2P Pure

Hello, ic3 bl1tz here with a guide to starting your own pure.

Defenition of pure: Perfect, containing no faults.

That's just a rough defanition.

1.0 Name

Well, do you want to be underestimated or respected? Respected names lead to popularity and people being afrad of you. Stupid names lead to people thinking your a noob and then you kill them. Either way you are going to own. ^_^. I do not suggest names like 1 4m l33t, to many numbers. Something like 0 W N 3 D or sp3ci4l kill (my pure) is ok because theres only a few numbers.

1.1 What Kind Of Pure?

Well these are the types of pures.

1 defence
20 defence
40-45 defence
70 defence

Each one has pros and cons. I will add a guide on each one very soon. Seprate guides, mind you.


1.2 and 1.3 combined: Training.

Well, the new tutorial sucks, but is also good. Dont worry about the 30 defence xp you get. It's only xp. Use the 2 lamps you get on range and mage or strength and attack. Sell everything you have exept your arrows and runes. use all your arrows and runes on cows in lumbride cow field. Get 5 mage (no higher, it will fuck up your pure) and what ever range level. Now go ask for training bow and arrows and get between 10-15 range.

So, you should have the following:

1 attack
1 strength
1 defence (dont worry 20+ def pures, youll get your def)
1 prayer
10-15 range
5 mage.

Now go finish the stronghold of player safety and spend the 2 lamps you recive both on range or on attack and strength. With your shiny 10k, go to draynor, withdraw 84 gp and run to the mage shop in draynor. Spend it all on eye of newts( 3 gp ea). Continue untill you have spent all of your money. Guess what? Those eye of newt are worth 68 gp ea on G.E! So lets do the calculations.

10000 divided by 3= 3333x68=226644. 226k in about 2 hours. Not bad. Now buy the following things: iron-rune scimmy's, full iron, cape, boots, gloves and anything else you may want. Train at cows or chickens till 10 attack and 15 strength. Continue at cows untill 20 attack and 30 strength.

So, if you become a member, reffer to fr0zen d4ggr's guide in runescape forums for quests and more training.If not, train untill 40 attack and strength on monsters in stronghold of security. To be above 1 defence you have to be a member, it just doesnt work for 20 def in f2p. Its a member thing.

So you have rune weapons, spend any more money you have left on 2k iron arrows and all the short bows As well as as many weakens as you can buy. I would suggest replacing wates or earths with a staff for cheaper casting. Since you will be splashing, you probably wont use a staff, so its only if you have low money.

Train till 20 range at cows, 30 at minatours, and 40 at hill giants.

repeat with Maging but only untill 32 mage.

If you have any money left, repeat eye of newt pattern so you have 100k+

So, you have these stats:

40 attack
40 strength
1 prayer (i would suggest 34 before pking (Yes, its coming back (W000000000T)))
40 range
32 mage
approx 45 hp
combat level:Under 45

1.4 What Now?

Well, if you want to pk, with the stats you have I would suggest 34 prayer and then train strength untill you are combat level 54. Only 54. 55 is very tight. So if you do things right you will be:

40 attack
65+ strength
34 prayer
40 range
32 mage
Combat: 50-54.

So, what you do after 40 strength is up to you. This is only a guide for those who didnt know how to start there pures. Constructive critisisam is nice, but dont insult me.
