fastest str xp?

Bandits are good. They aren't the fastest, but they are the easiest.

 

ive heard that duel tournaments are good (not a joke my mate got 99str there)

 

bandits with prayer potions is just stupid, use one of the rooms not the bar. the bar is ONLY good for pures as they can afk while getting similar experience to the people fighting the 55s in seperate tents.

Bandits are not the best. Skeletons, or Monkey gaurds are amazing.

 

pc is still gd xp once u know the gd worlds if you dont know them and in world 144 then u can lose to much so you wont get the points so tbh its not the best ex unless u can get the 110+ worlds etc

 

bandits is expensive but u will get alot of money back in the bh when u have 99 strength so if i was u go to bandits... but pc is always good.

 

Bandits are best but spiders are just as good and you can afk without worry of getting hit. Spiders are possibly betyer becuase they kill fast and alot of hp.

 

As many have mentioned above you have a few options:
1: PC = Constant Clicking, running around, etc...
2: Bandits or spiders = AFK Majority of the time, can be costly depending on which method you use.
3: Gorillaz = Fairly Dangerous, low hp (if dh), alot of clicking but doesnt cost..

OMG NOT PC!! PC is a huge waste of time. The XP rates there are horrible. The overall best xp/hr training areas for melee are Gorilla Gaurds at the chapel in Ape Atoll(protect from melee, bring anti poisons, emergency food, and an emergency prayer pot. Pray at the alter when needed), Bandits(noted food method), or Ankous (amulet of salve is a MUST). Wear full dharok's with a whip not a great axe.

 

i would try afking at bandits

 

i recomend praying at bandits in the big bar. 70k+ per hour. not that cheap tho.

 

Ape atoll monkeys with sara sword is fast exp, probably one of the fastest in game. Also, are you training with piety/chivalry on? A lot of people don't but it increases the exp per hour a lot and the prayer is free

 

look at my bandit training guide is my sig, its cheap and good exp, plus good afk spot

go chaos tunnels and do salve ammy(e) action . with that much str you can get upto 125k/hr xp

 

I would have to say DHAROKING MONKEY GUARDS is the best.
