Why this guy is not banned yet????

My before report was accepted.
But ill post proof again.
He probably scamming more poeple.


I Gave him 4.7 mil in RSGP for an Ultimate game card of $20 and one pin sms/pbp.
I gave him Saradomin set, 1k death runes and 1 Strenght ammy ( t )
When he got the stuff in Bounty Hunter, he logged off.
