wtf is a 2 h dispute

i sent the 10 usd to jebidiah, but it was to a different paypal account. aparently he wanted me to pay him twice. it is obvious when you take a look at the msn convo and he seemed to have left out the part where he said his paypal, becuase he gave me a different one before. Now he has a picture of a different paypal account with no money on it.
