Well, Heres my story. I made my account back in 2004, and I wanted to be a member in around 2006.. So I asked my friend. He made me a member.. And a year later his mom died of cancer. So 365 days of membership got recalled, and I am in dept that much. If anyone can pull anything off to get him unbanned or do some freemembership thing, they will be rewarded with 4.15$ paypal, and a level 38 combat pure ranger, with 55 range. I think the only way to get him unlocked is to pay that ammount of money. I have the same problem with a couple of my accounts.

 

send in a billing query to jagex and ask if you can play f2p until you pay off 12 months worth of membership. Atleast you will be able to play. Your in a deep hole buddy =(. Sorry for your friends loss btw ='(

 

Yeah that's bad. I don't think youl get it back unless you pay it off. I tryed sending in queries and Jagex are some hard people to get freebies with...Your kinda screwed..It's disabled btw, not banned.
