i am having error loading runescape

hi
i am using firefox 3.1 or wutever is the latest 1 and today when i tryed loading runescape it sayz
403 forbidden - blocked by url filter
i know my brother did sumthing to stop me from playing this game
i have tried proxy too but got no luck on it
if any1 cn help me out with this ill be very thankful to u
i tried various method

but my bro blocked runescape name
where ever i enter runescape the website stop loading

please help me out

 

umm all i can say is get the new java at java.com or try safe mode at the detail list below low detail

 

my java is still working but the thing isnt working is the site
runescape is not opening
runescape site is giving filter error

and please help me with how to remove filter from my computer
sometimes it give the same hen i try opening sythe


and ill brb in like 1 hour but need answer fast please

 

Tools > Options > Security > Warn Me When Sites try to Install Add-ons > Exceptions

Look in there to see if www.runescape.com is blocked. If so, unblock it.

 

open internet explorer>tools>internet options>security>restricted sites and click sites and see if runescapes there.

 

or just try a few proxys man alot of them dont work but some of them do

 

Best way, or just reboot your comp.
