So I clicked EliteSwitch and this shows up



Anyone know what it means?

 

Uh it means that eltieswitch has been hacked. Well, the username and pass of covey has been cracked.

It means that somebody posted that on the website. It might be hacked, or it might be somebody playing a joke. I didn't find any information about the alleged hack on the websites listed on the ES "hacked" news page.

 

true because if they have access to Covey's server, they can update eliteswitch as they please...

 

They don't have access to my server....
They didn't even bruteforce my news account, they just used SQL Injection to drop some tables, im currently updating my news system now.

You're accounts are still as safe as they were before this happens.
The "hackers" have no way of accessing my actual servers.

but that page is just a page on the web that is displayed in the client, your RS password should be safe.

 

Which basically means they WILL add malicious files to the program that will steal passwords.
