Why ban the people posting links? Why not ban the people stupid enough to click on them and browse without protection?

Any web browser that supports advanced ad blocking and script blocking is a MUST for using the internet. *-rolls are just a small reminder to say "Hey, if I can make your browser jump around, think of what I could have done with a nicely placed executable"

    You clearly don't program....

Blocking scripts while developing = bad.

Like I said, I had things open, I was designing, I got rick rolled, I lost all of my information.

It's not our fault for clicking the misleading links... that's just not right dude.

    I actually do.
No-script, allow/ disallow by DOMAIN. It allows me to view my scripts on my domain, while disallowing things from other domains.

I know I simply Say "Ahh dammit" then go back or exit and go on with my day.

I see nothing wrong with it. Its a funny joke that almost never gets old (When its not happening to you)

You can always use your hosts file to block out known / common rick-roll links...

If your computer crashes after a rick roll, you probably have a sucky computer or your doing to much. But yes, a no rick roll policy would be a good idea.
