need auto-agility gnome plz

Hello. i would really, really like a trainer for my agility - at either gnome stronghold or barbarian village! I know that the 1st option would be easier but i dont mind! I would like to have a good undetectable one with anti random and ban ect!

Also because i am a noob at this, could someone give me exact instructions on it? As in what version to download with the links ect! thanks in advance!!
