    Ok, I have -60 Days credit on my account and all I can do is PayByCash. I saw a PayPal option on PayByCash...Is that just normal PayPal? I have an unverified account on PayPal, will that work to pay it off?

    You need a verified PayPal account to do anything RuneScape related with it. Your safest bet would be to simply send cash or check in the mail to them to get out of negative members.

    Unverified accounts do not work. BUt you can always use a PBP pin or somehting like that.
