Mmoearn.com Scammed, still awaiting payment.

How they scammed: 606$ USD was not sent, it was a fake screenshot of payment.

Explanation of the trade:
I was asked about selling 1b by rob from mmoearn.com and he sent me vouches for mmoearn.com + rsgoldbomb.com and told me to come to the livechat where he then verified in the livechat a trade for 697m @ .87. Based off nowhere visibly seeing trading warnings etc and a great vouch thread for the website and seeing as the employee was in fact talking to me from mmoearn.com I traded.

He then delayed many times when it was time to send payment for it, he urged me to go to discord to put the payment address because he cannot "copy and paste" using tawk. Where he then sends me a fake photoshopped screenshot of payment being sent to my address.

Currently still awaiting payment from mmoearn.com and the employee keeps making excuses about the issue being on LBTCs' end and he is unable to send, but it has been many hours with no progress and there have been suspiscious things I noticed in their discord after joining hours later while looking for information on this.

Their livechat now has been changed to saying Offline with a banner advertising do not sell gold here which I never saw/was not there on the livechat beforehand when the employee rob was conversing with me.

Not mine to share, but this 'rob' user was DMing lots of people on discord and acting sketchy.

I hired Rob on as staff maybe 2 days ago as I do not operate MMOearn/RSGoldBomb anymore due to IRL financial changes.

Rob only had access to MMOearn.com which does NOT buy or sell RuneScape gold but allows people to earn it for free by completing offers.

I made it clear on MMOearn.com and in my discord that staff are NOT permitted to accept gold since they are paid next to nothing and would scam any amount.

The following screenshots are located in my Discord under "read before participating" and have been posted since December as noted by the Discord timestamp.

This is the chat on my website clearly stating never to sell gold to any agents and it links to my real Sythe account. This message appears until the chat is long enough for scroll to be enabled then it slides up. The message is big as hell when you first open a chat with us go check for yourself. Plus the title of the chat is "dispenser only" so one would think that agent cannot accept gold but only deliver it.

As you can tell by my activity I really don't care much about the RS scene anymore but since MMOearn is basically a charity and a lot of people still use it so I thought I should keep it going. I made every attempt I could to stop something like this from happening but I am away from my computer for 12+ hours a day minimum.

Part of me knew that little fucker would do something thus all the warnings I posted.

He paid out about $60 worth of gold that I'd be happy to give you.

I'm truly sorry this happened to you. He seems to have Pm'd 200+ people and you were one of the people that didn't observe my warnings.

I want to make it clear to the thousands of people that created accounts on my site that he had no access to your passwords/emails.

 

@Golds - You are still responsible for your worker, you will need to repay @Ember or you will be banned.

 

Nah ban me. If you can't read a chat saying "DO NOT SELL YOUR GOLD TO AGENTS" I guess you deserve to be scammed. Plus MMOearn.com is NOT a gold site lol so there shouldn't be sales anyway.

I don't need the money Sythe brings in anymore and this honestly won't effect how well MMOearn does.

If I was going to scam quit I would of did it a month ago and it would of been for waaaay more then $600.

FULL DISCLOSURE OF MY REASONING FOR HIRING ROB AND NEGLECTING MY WEBSITE

MMOearn.com operates as basically a charity at this point. That's important to know for this to make sense. You will not find a traditional RS gold shop here. It is primarily driven by search engines, sythe accounts for less then 3% of all revenue. Sythe users just don't need this type of site, go ahead and launch your own to take my place on here and you will find that out super quick. Real RS players use it to earn millions more per hour then they ever could in-game for free. They do this by completing offers such as: apps, games, surveys etc. It truly helps noobs in the game who don't have the ability to pay for gold and don't want to spend hours grinding. I neglected this once 24/7 site to nearly at max 2-3 hours a day of coverage, some days none at all due to some IRL changes. Check the last time I bumped RSGoldBomb, or MMOearn. It used to be daily. I wanted to keep this site going for the real RS players who used it. I hired Rob to make that happen since I've known him for awhile and I thought under his circumstances he would do a decent job. I put up warnings not to sell, but I could of made a better system looking back. The position was incredibly low pay due to the nature of the site. Despite not bumping or being active on Sythe for awhile my vouches and rep are still very valid and that was taken advantage of. I'm truly sorry this happened to @Ember I didn't use Sythe to promote MMOearn any longer but the forum post was still there down the thread and she had zero reason not to sell to the site. As you can see I haven't been actively buying/selling gold. If I wanted to scam quit it would of happened awhile ago. I just let my forums die and wanted to keep the site going for the real players.

In 8 years I have covered every scam report made against my websites promptly. Even though I am no longer active on Sythe I will continue to uphold that and pay @Ember back over time. I don't have a time line for reasons that I stated above. @robservice isn't going to pay her.

Ban my account, do a DNT, whatever you want it doesn't matter. I could of created a better system of warning people.
