Win.Rar Help Runescape Server client help.

I have Downloaded a runescape server client and i do not know what to do its a win.rar File Now That i have Downloaded it But What do i Do with the Win.Rar File???? PLease Anyone? i NEeed Help Fast! =D Much Appreciated

 

yeah man; first go to this link http://www.freedownloadscenter.com/Utilities/Compression_and_Zip_File_Utilities/WinRAR_Download.html to download winrar for free and save to desktop than you go back to the client you downloaded and double click it and it will ask you what to open it with or select form web server go to "open with... and find winrar (Should be on desktop). now it will open in a winrar folded the window icon shoudl look liek boxes now highlight all the files or the folder it show. Now right click it go to >extraxt to specified folder..." usally i do my personal folder or desktop but you cna do whatever you want now exit everything if ya want..then go find that folder you extracted it to open the client hit run and WULA!
