Nice guide, but I wish someone would make a F2P rcing guide.

Union, I'm not sure on the best way to do rcing in f2p. There is a couple things that might help you though.

Basically stay light, and do earth runes. You could wield a fire staff and teleport back to varrock at a cost of 2 runes per trip.

Otherwise let people rune essence to you and assist them at the air altar. This is a good method, but can cost alot if you are paying runners.

you can actually get tele tabs in the new runecrafting guild that transport you there so you can just use the teletabs and a ring of dueling to tele you

 

Yeah, trainers is right, thats a good way to do it too.
