PC on 40/99/1/93/1/91 F2P Pure

Pretty familiar with most accounts but, don't see too many higher level F2P pures for sale. The account only has 1 QP however, will be exactly 50 attack with attack fully quested. Would I be better off questing 60 attack, mith gloves, dt ect. and selling as a 60/99/1/99/52/99? The OO is a trusted an extremely trusted user here but doesn't get involved in second hand sales. I do have screenshots of transaction and info being transferred. Any serious input is appreciated.

I mean I see 40/99/1/99 accounts go for 330-400$ from trusted users so if you find someone that trusts you I see them going for that and i see fully quested and voided zerker and stuff for 450m+
