    Some misconceptions on both sides, I agree dieting to see your muscles in general is the only way to see anything. I was under the impression you were stating that abs do not need to be trained directly, which is false. I understand correlation between body fat fluctuations ;)

    I was referring to seeing your abs. If you train abs but you don't have proper nutrition no matter how hard you train, it won't show. I do train my abs. Its a bonus, helps it bulge out more as you can see from my IG pictures. Even at 185, I still somewhat had slight indentation.

    Plus when you heavy squat and heavy deadlift it does train abs. Anyways I do train abs regardless.

    I don't think im going to continue anymore LOL. Thailand is in 4 days. End BW is around 168-169, Dropped like 18 lbs in 70 days.

    My lifts didn't go down drastically. The only thing that really suffered was my bench. I benched like 235 for 5 reps. Now im benching 220 for 5 ish, but its hard. I don't really care about my strength though. It's not something I really work on. MY bulk this time around did help my strength gain a lot though. I was prob only benching 205 for 5, at this weight prior to my bulk.

    I bulk at 2,800. Maintain at around 2,400. Lose at 2000.

    It's hard to gain weight and lose fat at the same. When you put on weight, you automatically put on fat. What I suggest you do is focus on gaining weight first and then lose the fat later. Look into bulking and then cutting.

    Haha It was a blast! :) Only gained 2 lbs

    I don't like to workout in gym, but sometimes I do this. I prefer basketball, I play 2-3 times a week. Also I like to visit different matches and watch games online. All upcoming events I check on 777score very comfortable.
