This is the exact same situation that has happened on this thread here, didn't know where else to post so putting it here in hopes i can get my refund/gold. The Salt Vendor- No Response on Order [resolved]

How they scammed: purchased 250m 07 gold from @The Salt Vendor 's website [https://www.bank4rs.com] at around 4pm GMT on 19th of January, I entered the website's chat and did not receive a response after approximately 40 minutes. Still no response from livechat.

Hi - Nobody was on chat as a worker recently quit - Nowhere on Sythe do we claim to have 24/7 support and our bumping is setup to bump during our online hours - When someone purchases during our offline hours they will have a wait. Dont know why I have a DNT this is a pretty common industry occurence - My site is quite small and doesnt have 10 people working for it. He can pickup his gold now if he still wants it or I can issue a refund.

This order occured at Order Date Jan 19, 2019, 5:06:51 PM - My last bump was at The Salt Vendor Today at 8:04 AM because nobody was on. - That's over a 9 hour difference - Our bumper runs when we are on - When we are off if you purchase you wont get your gold - Nowhere have I ever claimed we are 24/7 on Sythe.
