    This user posted on my "looking for skiller/pure" thread and has tried to make a deal with me all day after I told him my budget was only 50M. The two accounts I was interested in of his were 100-150M. He told me he would find an account for me that he'd be happy to take 50M for - he never did reply back, and after a few hours had passed and asking if he had come up with an account he'd take 50M for, said "There is honestly no point to an MM, we can do this ourselfs." He explained he would only make the deal without a middleman. At this point, I noticed his TWC and told him I was not interested in making a deal any longer. I suggest keeping the TWC on this user.

    User in question is ban evading @Contacting so i've gone ahead and changed his DNT to a perm ban.
