How to propelly give the sleeper hold

ok now this may not be that detailed but here is what you do.

1. You approach him/from behind.
2. You hit them to where they bend backwards.
3. Then you kind of make a triangle with your arms and you put there neck in the hill as I call it.
4. Then you use your best hand to push their forehead forward.
5.Relax the grip when they are knocked out.
6. Try it on friends but remember, when they are knocked out let go instantly.

It tells how to do it and that's what matters. Remember, once they are out release the hold or you could give them brain damage or kill them.

It would REALLY help you if you wrote in complete scentences that were even close to gramatically correct. Also, it really is a short guide. You could have made this guide much larger and more in-depth by providing other wrestling techniques. You want to create a guide that is going to capture people's attention and say "Wow, that was very well-written," and I'm just not feeling that when I read your guide.

It needs a lot of work.

Just curious, is this a very safe thing to do? Seems very dangerous as the lack of oxygen to the head would definetly cause brain damage and more then likely death if held for more then 20-30 seconds after they loose conscienceness.

I don't reccomend doing this to friends or anyone who is not "seriously" hurting you, these guys I heard of did this to each other, they also let go when the guy they are gonna knock out, knocks out, but they did it to this one guy, his body didn't start breathing for another minute after that, which gave him brain damage. Now whenever someone or something hits that guy on the head, he has a seizure.
