Selling Lvl 3 with 9hp!

Title says it all.
Selling an account with only 9hp.
It has only 2xp in each melee stat, str, att, def
It has no exp in any of the other stats as the pic will show in fishing.
I dont know how this account got through tutorial without having any exp but it did.

Im currently taking offers, i am leaning more towards rs money but may consider taking cash or other runescape accounts.

Since i have no rep on this site i know it will be hard for me to say im not going first, so i would like to use an official MM.

no but if u skill with it, it will always have 9hp and that is pretty sweet

 

how is it 9hp when u always start out at 10hp.....

 

thats whats so rare about it because u start with ten but somehow this one started with 9..
