What game to play?

Ahh you guys. I'm currently banned from GuildWars right now, for maybe another 22 hours. So I was wondering, what's a good MMO or any other type of game to play? I'm mostly interested in PvP. I'm look for a free one, if possible.

I'm downloading TF2 right now, but it'll take DAYS before I fully download it

 

You could try AOC or Warhammer when it goes out. BUt theyre not free atleast AOC you surely have to pay like wow

 

Try BoB its nasty but fun to some.. you might like it...

 

Try Dragon fable or adventure quest...the games suck but they entertain u for a week before u realize they are terrible lol.

It seems like you enjoy the main Valve FPS games. You should try out Half Life 2: Deathmatch, it's free for Nvidia/ATI users which is basically almost everyone.

for f2p, runescape is definetly the best

try maple story, its entertaining for about a month which is good

 

umm... i know you are talking about Computer Games but if i were to recommend a game to spend a lot of money and time on it would be Killzone 2 for PS3... it comes out in 2009... for pc i play rs cuz i dont feel like wasting money on other stuff... yes im cheap.. but i occasionally buy members.....

 

There's a stupid game called real life try it out.

 

All those you games you mention blow. Team Fortress 2 also blows in comparison to the original.

Age of Conan is good PvP but its fucking Gankfilled when you start but the Modem requirments are shitpants crazy.

 

Not all of them. Guild Wars is excellent in PvP. Also, Counter-Strike is an excellent multiplayer shooter. It isn't based on a storyline, it is just a shooting FPS that anyone can enjoy.

TF2 is also extremely fun. If you're going to bitch about the newer games, keep it to yourself. I own TFC, and I will say that they are both respectively different to play.

Starcraft redefined RTS when it was released.

I recommend:

Starcraft,
Diablo 2 (Diablo 3 is coming out soon =D)
Battlefield 2 (2142 is pretty gay, don't bother with it)
TES3: Morrowind
TES4: Oblivion

These will keep you entertained for a long time, especially the last two. TES games have many long hours of gameplay, and you can do so many things in so many ways. They are single player, but good, and you can download mods (thanks to the construction set), which are generally under a megabyte each, but can really change the way you play.
