The Salt Vendor [Resolved]

I Do Not have the pictures of the text chat unfortunately this user banned me from his chat. Ask him to provide all logs I have several pictures taken from my phone.

Failed to deliver my gold in over 3 hours before I then had to take my daughter on a field trip, only to return and be treated bad by customer service. I never cussed at the worker of course I was upset but was not out of place at all.
At the end of the day this company/person decided to accept my payment with out the product that was being purchased. If I was to do this I would be banned for scamming. If they knew their supplier was offline and they had no means to deliver gold they should have turned their payment acceptance off, never should a person be allowed to accept my payment and not know when they are going to be able to supply what was purchased. I bought from this company, not your supplier, the responsibility is on you to deliver my product, not your supplier. I then ask for a refund only to be told its 3 am and they will refund tomorrow. So now not only did I not receive what I paid a lot of money for, now this company also believes it has the right to tell me when they will send MY money back to me because they failed to deliver a product. The sad thing is they made a website and will eventually deliver so normal trade practices don't apply to them, and this will just be ignored. But to any future customers I advise you do not purchase here if you want a person to person experience. This company treats customers as if they are junkies looking for a score. I will provide 24 hours for the refund to be initiated before I am forced to call the appropriate authorities. Accepting a payment when you do not have the means to deliver should never be accepted no matter how "trusted" someone is.
Edit:I would post the screen shots but unfortunately I was banned from their chat because being upset someone has your money is now a reason to ban someone. I would also like a transcript of that text. That is also a problem is that independent sites have their own moderation on who can talk to them, therefore there are no set policies and no chain of command for instances like this, I am just powerless to their almighty ban. Maybe it just was bad timing, but this should have been prevented, or at least attempted to rectify. After waiting 3 hours and asking why it was taking so long the response I receive was "dw you get bonus", then banned when I am not satisfied with their response.

Not to mention they violated their own terms of service, and made no attempt to rectify their error, this type of trade practice would never be accepted in normal society nor should it be accepted here. They also told me it was 3 am and they were leaving soon, also another violation of the same term of service, which clearly states 24/7 support. The fact that people such as this are allowed to continue to operate like this just shows how powerless the customer truly is on this website. This type of stuff should not be allowed to happen and should be punished upon occurring, but this person will just continue selling and nothing will be done about a customers bad experience, the blame will just be placed on me. This is a big reason people don't join or stay in sythe community because if you don't have a website or 20k vouches you are treated as if you don't belong no matter how much money you've spent/received from the sythe community. The power always lies with the customer, unfortunately the staff always back the seller in this community, dismissing customer worries as "impatient" or "suspicious". If Salt Vendor would like to send me $250 of his own money I will refund to him tomorrow no worries since this is now how trade is done in 2019.
Please explain to me how he has the right to hold my money for over 24 hours and not produce or even attempt to contact me.
The user has again banned me from his website chat and refused to respond, I have the screenshot this time proving nothing malicious or hateful was said. I was denied a refund at 7-8pm last night and told by the chat that it was 3 am and I would have to wait until tomorrow. This shows intent because the worker lied about the time. This is now a scam. I have the picture of the second time i was banned proving i did nothing their logs should he provided and show where this workee told me it was 3 am 7 hours ago so that he didnt jave to refund me.


Wether or not a refund does indeed happen in this case is not enough. This user accepted my money, failed to deliver what I ordered, and then proceeded to lie so he didn't have to send a refund. Which part of that is not a scam. Just because its becoming public and he got caught lying and will refund does not change his actions.


So in short, I ordered 250m. The user told me give him 30 min, so I did. I came back an hour or so later to be told hes still not on. One hour turned into 3 and I still didn't have my gold, but I had to leave. When I came back the user said he was ready but id have to wait until he completed another order. When I asked if it was placed before mine, he got upset and this led to me wanting a refund to which he replied it was 3 am and they were about to close. I then join 7 hours later and ask about my refund nd was told it was 4 am and I would receive "When available". Intent is 90% of the law and the intent here was very clear to keep my money, no other way to put it, you can sugar coat it but they had the option to refund or not and chose not to refund me.

 

Hi - a couple very simple points so I can go back to bed:

1) You were never banned - This is pure slander - If you were banned you wouldnt of been able to revisit the 8 times you did - Also you have full continuous access to our chat and always have. If you can see the chat on the site - your not banned - So that's on you if your having issues with the chat(try a different browser).

2) You were told - multiple times ; that I was asleep/away - We were literally prepared to deliever your gold to you and after offering you the purchased product(250M osrs) you immediately said "never mind I want a refund" - Acting extremely immature because we didnt offer you some giant bonus - We are not required to give giant bonuses out to people and if you want a giant bonus for running behind, go elsewhere.

3) Upon you immaturely stating that you wanted a refund, you were informed(I believe when I reviewed the zopim chats (7?) times?) that you need to wait for me to get on to review the matter and make sure the order is able to be refunded. Instead you proceeded to file a RAS report.

4) You tripped a bunch of our anti-fraud protections by paying through a unverified paypal - using a woman's name and email - and then rejecting the purchased product - All of which were huge red flags - Which is precisely why refunds have to be processed by me to avoid any dangers to my site.

5) You have now been refunded in full.

 

Post your chat loga please i cant access. I still cant access on my computer reason i was able to rejoin os called wifi. Let the chat logs tell the truth. You deliberately lied to me. And that paypal ia linked to a joint account with my and my wife your a gold aeller not a detective for a reason. I notice you did not mention the fact that you intentionally lies to not have to send me a refund seemed to leave that part out

And i "proceeded" to file a scammer report after you stole my money for 24 hours, id that is your definition of proceed. All you have to do is post the logs brother they speak for themselves drom the cell phones to. The fact is you got mad because I didn't want your 14 hour delivery gold and decided to hold my money hostage over that, or you wouldn't have lied about the time. That is scamming my dear friend. Just imagine how much time I would have got from you had it been the other way around and you were waiting on my payment.. This is exactly what I mentioned before got his own website and feels he doesn't have to follow and types of rules. I can go create a website too, you're still a terrible person. Also I would like some sort of proof that it wasn't you chatting to me last night because the name is still Dylan, funny how once I went public I got my refund. This has scam written all over it.

I have asked* for chat logs and proof it was not him last night that held my payment hostage. This is a scam no matter what the end result is, if he deliberately lied in order to keep my money what else can you call this? You issuing a refund is not going to drop this report I cannot access the chat logs probably for a reason, since its your site you should post your logs to prove your point but you wont because you know you have been exposed.

And to disprove another point you made that was untrue i used a mans email and my personal debit card to make this purchase. I wasn't even logged into our paypal when tis purchase was made you are deliberately lying.

I am not asking for this to be wrapped up he was talking to me last night and he lied to not have to issue me a refund, if he can not disprove this, which would be very simple if his story was true, why should he not receive some sort of action against him. Is it allowed to lie to a customer so you dont have to refund? I am talking to Dylan this morning (who is him all the sudden). And i was talking to Dylan last night. Something doesn't add up here.

Does any moderator not find it a coincidence that I was refunded AFTER I posted this, they could get in contact with him after I posted this but not before? This guy is 100% full of himself and is a scammer.

In closing, this will be my final post, i have shown how this user has lied in order to not issue me a refund the only question left is does that break the rules. Are gold sellers allowed to say they arent available in order to buy time in issuing a refund.

As far as the refund goes i have not received an email nor has any type of credit showed up in my bank but neither is unusual and i have no reason to believe it wasnt sent finally.

Second update email confirming the refund has been received we see what happened here can close
