I've been apart of, and using service groups (of various reputation levels) for quite sometime now. All my past orders with these various other service providers have all been slowly delivered, involving a lot of input from my end in order to help continue motivating the workers in question, or workers taking on too many orders at once leaving mine in the dust, or simply workers going afk for days without saying a word. All my orders have been completed in the end, albeit with headaches and a general sour in my mouth of wondering whether next time will be the same. It's happened so often and for so long that I simply accepted that this is how it works in the runescape market.

Well that changed. My last service provider dropped, with no warning or anything and I needed to find another. I seen Runegold.com on a service providing discord channel and thought Id give them a try. I expected much of the same, a long battle to get my order finished since thats what I am so used to. What I received was nothing of what I expected. I had a courteous and pleasant experience from the immediate get go. In the end, even if the price (still cheap) was more, due to the wildly positive difference in experience I was receiving, it still would of been well worth it.
