"Legalized" TWC Request

Explanation of the trade: User planning to make large trade with me and is a low vouched / newer user I request his vouches then show him mine. I clearly have more he doesn't want to go first I say we can get a MM with a fee he asks for a free one, I can get one lined up for us then he refuses to trade and requests I report him. User clearly being sketchy wont trade when you get a MM like he even says and requests I report him so I hope this warrants him a TWC. Pictures below.

Precautions for me, I sold gp to 2 other buyers today it went smoothly.

made 2 more successful sales for DT and OSRS since this report was opened, it is quite irrelevant this guy just has too big of an ego to let something go.

This so called "Scam attempt" is nothing of the sort. I have lost 340M during my short time on this forum. If you look at the chat logs where I say get a free one I didn't want to take a risk on getting scammed a large amount. I told him this within seconds after saying that (10:50) PM. I have made 4 sales in the last 24 Hours that were smooth and the buyers went first. There is no need for this and it should be closed.
