How to make a Subway sandwich

Hello, and welcome to my guide on how to make a Subway sandwich. The reasons I'm creating this guide is to inform you on how to properly make a sandwich at Subway, and because I work at Subway.
    Enjoy! :D

Firstly, you'll start on the left-hand side of the bar. You'll want to decide what size sandwich you want, whether it's a 6-inch, or footlong. You then have to choose which bread you desire. Your choices are:

Once you have told me what bread you want, I will cut the bread according to the size you told me. And cut it down the middle, creating the bread in two-halfs, hotdog style.

Now, you'll tell me what kind of sandwich this is going to be. Some of your choices are: [According to footlong, if it's 6inch then it will be half the meat]
All has 6 grams of fat or less!
    -Ham (8 slices)
    -Turkey Breast (6 slices)
-Veggie Delite (No meat, just cheese)
    -Roast Beef (6 slices)
    -Tuna (6 scoops)
    -Meatball (8 Meat balls)
-Chicken Teriyaki (one package of chicken Teriyaki)
    Oven Roasted Chicken Breast(Bonelesswhite chicken)
-Club (IE: 4 Roast beef, 3 Turkey, 4 Ham)
    -Melt ( 4 Bacon, 6 Turkey)
    [Most Popular Choices]

Now, once you've decided what kinds of meat sound appealing, you'll transition after choosing what kind of cheese you'd like.

    The cheese varies from:
    Provo loan - adults choice
American - very similar to cheddar
    Pepperjack- Somewhat spicy
    Swiss

Now, on to the vegetable bar.

So here are the vegetables you are to choose from:
    [All Sliced]
    -Shredded Lettuce
    -Tomato
    - Onion

    - Bell pepper [IE: yellow pepper, banana pepper]
    - Jalapeño
    - Green Pepper [IE: Bell pepper]
    - Pickles
    - Cucumber
    - Carrot
    - Olive

You're allowed to have as many vegetables as you'd like on your sub

Condiments are what transitions your sub to completion.
There are many Condiments to choose from, you're also aloud to have as much Condiments as you'd like. Here are the list from all the Condiments sold at my Subway:

    -Mayo
    -Light Mayo
    -Mustard
    -Honey Mustard
    -Spicy Mustard
    -Oil & Vinegar
    -Chilpotle Southwest
    -Sweet Onion
    -Ranch
    -Italian Dressing
    -Salt & Pepper
    -Parmesan
    -Oregano
    -Black Pepper

After you tell me what vegetables, and condiments please you, I will throw those on your sub, fold the top-piece of bread over, and cut the sandwich in half.

I will then hand it to the person running cashier, and he/she will wrap it, and bag it for you. CONGRATULATIONS you are now one step smarter to buying SUBS from SUBWAY.

A quick story in my own words about Jared, and how subway saved his life!

Jared was a very fat boy, attending Indiana University. He weighed a whopping 425 pounds. And no diet supplement would help him loose weight. Until he ate subway for a year, he lost 245 pounds, now he's famous. Yada Yada Yada. Jared even made his way on every wrapper, cup, billboard, and bathroom sign in my subway! YAY JARED.

(Even Joe [me] knows your face better than he knows the back of his hand)

I believe this guide is a bad topic chose, people have there own opinions on what they believe is nice. Please come up with better ideas, i know it is hard as so many people making guides with new ideas but it will come, In Australia subway has different breads :), i like the italian herb bread, with chicken and jalapenos peppers, with garlic sauce but every now and then i like to try somthing different. I LOVE SUBWAY. Good luck with getting in the UE

I don't know why people are saying this is a recipe, maybe if it was something like "How make the best sandwich at Subway!". He listed all the choices, didn't tell you what to put on it :p. Really good, details ect...Reminds me of the time I ordered a BLT footlong with nothing else on it, and the guy put just bacon on it...You have to be specific with your order >.<

It's not ALL true. Some parts are lies. He did not lose 250 pounds from ONLY eating SubWay, he must have exercised, not ate junk food, etc. You still ARE gaining some fat from SubWay sandwiches, although not as much as junk food like pizza, french fries, hamburgers, etc.
