Perish is a scammer

First id like to preface this and say i hope i am doing all of this correct,sorry if this is very long, and thanks to the mods and members of the community who help others out. Preparing to type this i see that his account is banned here but ive been in contact with a member here (dont want to name names) who can possibly help me with mods approval.

Explanation of the trade: I made comments on a few post here showing interest in a few accounts (osrs), later received a message from perish saying to message on discord that he had an account i may be interested in. We chatted, (have complete chat log of discord, will post later in this thread) and i decided to buy it, came to a deal of 170m rsgp, made the trade in game, and received the user and pw, signed in on a second window and all worked well, traded the rest of the money and he said he would send the rest of the recover info, within a minute i was closed from the game, blocked on discord shortly after and the password was changed. in dissapointment i clicked to recover account, and saw the email was being sent to and email that looked like the username, so i went to try and open the email and it wa the same user and password he gave me for the account so i quickly changed the password and recovery email to my account to get back the account. the account was mine. i felt successful but also worrisome that it would be recovered so i just held onto it checking to make sure it was in my control. later on he reached back out to me saying that he noticed what i did, ill spare all the details, they can be read in the imgur picture post. Long story short he said fine keep the account that he made 2b rsgp from the 170m he scammed me for from staking and sold it irl, sending me bank account pictures and what not. i felt accomplished but still was hesitant. days went on and he reached out to leave him feedback for the account that he "sold" me. made small talk off and on over the days. thought he was a cool guy. i eventually began transfering my belongings to the account, aprox. 200-300m rsgp worth. the next day the account was recovered. i reach out to him angrily, thought we had an agreement, he stated he contacted the original owner of the account to recover it when the whole situation first went down and that he would return it. he got the info from that member then offered to sell it back to me for 50m then changing to 100m, agreeded on 75m (im too trusting of a person, i thought we had bonded over the days of the situation, stupid me) so i meet him give him 45m then he messages me on discord saying i must have traded the wrong person(the same account i traded the first time) we argue and he goes on to block me.
all the screenshots of his discord and what not are in the imgur album i will be posting.
At one point he told me who the original owner was and i reached out to him today telling him the situation, and he told me to file this since he couldnt do anything without mod approval.

Like i noted my endgoal would be for a mod approval for the original owner to recover the account for me. Thank you.

 

im not sure how i can prove those funds but he mentioned some items in the chat thats prob 100m he does not have the recovery information though, the original owner with the recovery information is a bigger member here, he would be able to recover the account from perish back for myself.

 

its not showing on the discord i noticed that previously, he put the link at one time but maybe he deleted it, ive reached out to the oo on here in private messages earlier, i can send you his information privately, would rather not put his name out here.
