    You guys it's not like sythe thinks of the people demoted any more or any less it's simply that they aren't active enough to do there jobs properly which will eventually cause problems because people see so many staff members and little gets done. I am sure if any of the people were to come back and be on more often they would get there job back. from what I know they all did there jobs quite well.
