I was told by talon to attempt to get him customers for a small % middleman fee/cut so talon told me to try get him people on twitch who have partnership with twitch since they can purchase a lot of subs from Noone/(talon)

So I got into contact with a user called barnes, on his behalf im making this report. The way this trade went was, I collected the payment from barnes, I then sent the money to Talon and kept my cut, and got him into the group with Noone/(talon)

The user lost all his subs and was not paid out by twitch, probably 10days -2 weeks after he was given the subs.

Amount owed $200 total ( however $37.65 was my CUT/MM fee) so $163.35 owed from talon/no one
which was 363 subs.









Now all I was told was to tell Barnes the price of the sub+ take the payment (like a middleman) keep my cut and give him to talon/no one

Now read the conversation in which Barnes/Noone discuss the subs after payment was sent to me, AT NOT ANY GIVEN POINT was the t.o.s given to barnes, or discussed with barnes. I am simply a middleman who collected the payment I'm not at any given point associated with the service.

AT NOT ANY GIVEN POINT, was the TOS given to the barnes/ Did barnes say yes to the t.o.s

It was never stated to him by these individuals. All that was said was price per sub, collected payment and subs given to him.

After recognising there huge pyramid scheme flop, Noone/Talon became very hostile to deal with.

To conclude AT NOT ANY GIVEN STAGE WAS BARNES GIVEN THE T.O.S meaning he never had agree'd to it, meaning he is liable for a FULL refund as the service was not given to him.

After speaking to @Pendulum days back, he told me I may have a case, so out of goodness of my heart I reported it to help this individual, also to note ill be paying the individual my 'cut'/mm fee I received from the transaction for all his hassle

 

Here's also talon saying he would refund a different case of a user that's also a victim of this pyramid scheme, who also wasn't given the t.o.s at any given point or time

 

First of all, I handled all sub related matters, not talon; He sent money to my BTC address and dealt with me ENTIRELY

I was contacted about this matter not after 10 days as pingy states, but nearly 30 days after the delivery

The service is called subs, it's not called GUARANTEE-TO-GET-PAID-400%-IN-45-DAYS.

NOBODY has EVER mentioned that payout is GUARANTEED.

It's a risk you're taking by purchasing a service that breaks TOS of the site.

If a user buys 07gp and gets banned after ultimately losing their bought gp, is the buyer egilible for a refund? No TOS were given to the seller either, lol.

I wanted to offer 5k bits out of goodwill because it is indeed an unfortunate situation, never stated it's a 'refund' of any kind.
After talking to Barnes in dm's I offered 5k bits OUT OF GOODWILL

I'm pretty sure the last picture is out of context as I was not confronted AT ALL before 25th december and I'll repeat this once again I was handling everything subs related

Service was completed, 363 subs were delivered to the channel specified by the customer.

we're just going to ignore all my points being made about you not stating the t.o.s at any given time state or form? @Noone you are fully held reliable as no T.O.S of them sorts were made to user or given or shown to the user at any given stage in the process.

I'm a middleman I didn't promise anything, talon told me to find him customers, and that's what I did. Nothing more, nothing less, collect payment since he doesn't trust you or talon for him to go 1st to you would be insane. I collected the payment, took my cut, and paid you what you require for his service. Anything about the service Is you and talons priorities which you failed in this instance, i'm not giving out subs YOU are, this is YOUR service, you ask me to get you customers, YOU talk to them I have no clue about anything, you just told me price to tell the user, which is what I did, collected payment, took my cut and paid you the rest.


EDIT: A bit confused, how do you say I dealt with you entirely when clearly all I dealt with you was the payment, send you the money then placed you in a group chat with him where I had no input AT ALL ? @Noone

Just a reminder, you are not refunding him for the sole purpose of him being associated with me, in my eyes would be seen as bad trading practice if things couldn't get any worse.
