any tips on how to get outta this one lol?

if you look at the date the ban is like 2-3 years old and only 3 outta 10 black marks. also if you could tell me how to contact jagex that would be great because the evidence is crap. so any tips.

I would say trying to long onto the acc if you haven't already. Maybe it is unlocked for some weird reason.

 

i had the exact same problem, my acc was perm banned, 10/10 black marks and it said legalcy punishment or sum shit.
then i appealed and said i didnt know wtf was leagal stuff so they unbanned and unlocked me..
its really strange.

 

Legacy punishment is any rule you broke before the new system.
