[DENIED] PM Scam Alerts

There already is an active list of those who have scammed; it’s the report a scammer section. That’s as up to date as it gets

 

I'd rather have a list than having users that occasionally come on this website spammed with notifications tbh

Seems like there are too many small detail, like whether or not somebody is worthy enough to contact the whole community or not

 

I'm on board with this as well. Myself personally and I know @King has used it before also in the Trade HQ discord we do our best in discords to make users aware of scam quitters. I'm sure we could use it in the Sythe Discord as well.

I will see what others think, it would be a great tool to have forum wide based but still could possibly get annoying to some, maybe if a feature would be added where they could turn the notifications off if they didn't want to be notified of the scam quits? Not sure, would love to see what others add onto to this topic.

 

No support, If you trade on the site you should be constantly checking the report a scammer section to keep up to date with all the scams that go on. If you're trading and going first to someone take 10 seconds to go check the report a scammer section. If you can't be bothered to do this then you're just asking to be scammed and being careless.

Yeah sometimes a user will scam multiple victims at once but lets be real a sythe PM won't save anyone who's already mid trade and a PM wouldn't be sent out anyways unless a scam report was made first. If you're going first to someone just check the report a scammer section first and take your time doing the trade there's no need to rush it.
