You are not the first one who got scammed by them,this will be a lesson for you.Also why would you want 30m more then you have 110m?

 

same thing happened to me they took my 50m
but i told them i will sue them i sent mails to them
and after 2 dayz they gave my 40 m back

just go into chat room and talk to the chinks and ask them for money back or esle you will be taking legal action with paypal.

It is quite common for large gold-selling sites to do this once in a while, and to be honest, they can get away with it.

Buying gold/items is already illegal to begin with. You think suing them for something illegal will get you what you want back? That's the equivalent of getting some other shit mixed in with some drugs you illegally bought, then wanting to go to the cops for it -- you'd be stupid to do so.

Selling gold and items is also illegal, don't you think they know that? They are a (somewhat) established company, they have been up for so long, you don't think that they can get away with this sort of thing?

 

It's not illegal to sell runescape items/gold,just against jagex's terms.

 

They never respond anymore I would call them and spam their phone line.

 

You didn't get scammed. This happened to me, what happened was that the guy who you had originally sold to was obviously not the same guy on msn when they had completed the transfer. The guy the night before had just forgotten to leave the message behind. It took me 3 days to get my money from them because of the weird shift work. If you remind them kindly they will pay you.

Im not saying that this stuff does not happen, but you really have no proof that you gave them the money, and they stole it.

You could of got hacked for all we know.
